Joan C. Chambers, nee Zirves, 63, of Mt. Prospect passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016. Joan was born October 18, 1952 in Chicago. The beloved wife of Robert Chambers for 41 years. Loving mother of Shannon (Tom Dote) Chambers, Todd Chambers, and Ryan (Marcy) Chambers. Cherished grandmother of Braxton Chambers. Fond sister Darlene (the late Dennis) Flowers and Sharon Zirves. Devoted daughter of the late John and Edna Zirves. Caring aunt of many.

Visitation continues Tuesday 9:30 AM at St. Raymond de Penafort Church (Elmhurst Rd. (Rt. 83) at Lincoln St.) Mt. Prospect, until Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.
